I’m here to serve you on the path to mental health.

My Philosophy

What I believe about therapy: I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself. I believe the relationship you have with your therapist is the most poignant, healing way of getting to know yourself better and building a better relationship with yourself. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is best developed over time and seek to cultivate long term relationships with clients invested in growth over time.

Who Jess serves

Individuals & Couples

I am a wholehearted champion of therapy for everyone, period. Individuals and couples seek me out for support in working with relationships, transitions, moves, grief, and pandemic related issues. I am here to serve people who are ready to dig in, face themselves and their stories, and do the work required inside and outside of session to walk the path to mental health.

“Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing. We think that the point is to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again...The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”
